What we collect
We collect the name, email, phone, address, city, ZIP code, appliance information, preferred times and photographs you provide. We also keep operational contact history, inventory inquiries, purchases and suppliers’ details to manage requests and business records.
How we use and protect it
We use these details to review pickups, arrange operational follow-up and manage purchases and inventory sources. Contact records and pickup photos are private and restricted to authorized owner access in this system. Operational contact records are separate from marketing permissions.
Optional marketing and advertising
Email promotions, SMS promotions and Meta advertising audiences each require a separate opt-in. A pickup request or purchase does not enroll you. With recorded Meta permission, we may share only your necessary email, phone and name identifiers with Meta for advertising matching through an intentional audience export. Appliance photos, private notes, repair details and financial information are not included. This system does not automatically send promotions or upload contacts to Meta.
Retention
We do not routinely expire contacts retained for future eligible marketing and ongoing business purposes. We retain information only while a lawful basis and legitimate purpose remain, subject to withdrawal of permission and applicable deletion rights. Financial or other legally required records may need to be retained. Minimal protected suppression fingerprints may remain to prevent future unwanted marketing.
Your choices
Decline any marketing channel without affecting pickup review or purchases. Request an opt-out, access or applicable deletion below, or email route3liquidation@gmail.com. Opt-outs are excluded from future eligible exports. Access/deletion requests require identity verification before personal information is disclosed or removed. We may retain legally required records and explain any exception. Already downloaded audience files cannot be recalled automatically; the owner must honor your request in downstream services too.
